In just 60 minutes, The Bar Method incorporates core strength, interval training and stretching leaving you stronger, leaner and more flexible. Our new clients tell us they feel noticeable changes after taking at least ten classes and the more they come the better they feel. Let our knowledgeable instructors and caring community support you every step of the way.

Transform your fitness with unlimited classes for 30-days! In just 30-days you can look and feel your best with our $99 Summer New Client Special – $75– this is less than the price of four classes – as low as $6 per class when coming the recommended 3 times per week. New clients who take class often typically begin to see results at the end of this 30-day period.

How Do I Start?

First time students are required to create an account online. Follow the steps to create an account and buy now.

Select and purchase the Summer New Client Special for $75. Your first month of unlimited classes will activate the day of your first class, not the day of purchase. The New Client Special is valid only for clients who are new to The Bar Method South Lake Union and Redmond (Seattle-Eastside).

Just looking to try out a class? If you’re new to Seattle-Eastside Bar Method purchase a First Class of $20 and check back after class to sign up for our New Client Special. But be warned, you might get addicted to the great results and feelings you have after class!

Your First Class

Review our schedule and reserve a Mixed Level class online – or schedule on the go with our free Bar Method Mobile App. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first class for our studio tour and client questionnaire. First time students may not enter a class late. New students who arrive after class has started will have to wait for the next class.

Please wear exercise pants that cover the knees, a top that covers the midriff, and socks that cover the entire foot. Socks are required. Students may bring their own socks from home or purchase grip socks at the studio. Make sure you have had something light to eat 1-2 hours before class. Please note, gum and cell phones are not allowed in class.

We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for weekend and morning classes. Afternoon and evening classes can be cancelled online up to 60 minutes before class. All cancellations must be made online, visit Our Studio Polices for more details.

We Care About You

The Bar Method is dedicated to making the benefits of its workout accessible to students of varying body types, ages and fitness levels. We tailor our workout to meet the needs of all our clients. Talk with your instructors about any physical limitations to ensure you’re working safely as you build up strength.

Bar Method classes target the muscles that play the greatest role in body change. Our instructors go through a comprehensive training program that allows for individualized attention and hands adjustments in class. We make it a priority to help students improve their posture by giving them one-on-on coaching on body awareness and alignment.
